Explore our curated collection of hire pieces. From timber tables and chairs to lighting, décor and our signature tipis and marquees. Select the items you love and note the quantities you need.

Add your event dates
Select the dates you require. Please note that we have a 3-day minimum to allow for delivery the day prior and pick-up the day after your event.

Request your quote
Submit your selections as a booking request. Here you can also share any additional details from delivery notes to special requests.

Receive confirmation
Our team will review your request, confirm availability, and send through your personalised hire agreement and invoice with a secure payment link, ensuring a hassle-free checkout process.

Secure your booking
Once confirmed, your booking is secured upon receipt of full payment. From there, we’ll arrange delivery, setup when required and collection so everything is ready for your event.

Host your event

Next day collection
Our team will return to collect your hire items, typically the day after your event at a pre organised collection time. We simply ask that all items are left as they were delivered clean, organised, and ready for collection. Crockery, cutlery and glassware returned dirty will incur cleaning fees.

Security deposit return
Once your items have been safely returned and checked, your security deposit will be promptly refunded.

Yes, a minimum spend of $1000 applies to all hire bookings.

We deliver and collect our hire items across North Stradbroke Island, with fees varying depending on the order size and location. When creating your quote please let us know your preferred delivery time. A delivery cost is outlined in your hire agreement and invoice.

Unfortunately self collection is not available as we have multiple warehouses so hire items might be spread out across them.

For larger items like marquees, furniture, heavy bars, and arches, our team handles both setup and pack down. We also install any items that can’t be self-installed, such as lighting and electrical equipment. Smaller pieces are typically delivered ready for you to style, and must be ready for collection in the same condition they were hired.

Our minimum hire period is for 3 days unless otherwise arranged. This allows for items to be delivered the day before the event, and picked up the day after the event. Extended hire is available by request and may incur an additional fee.

Items remain the client’s responsibility during the hire period. Any loss or damage will be charged at replacement value, in line with our hire agreement and covered by your security deposit. If the item is more expensive then the security deposit we will invoice you.

Yes, a $500 security deposit is required to secure your booking. This money will be fully refundable once items are returned in their original condition.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weddings and peak seasons - Sept-Dec, to secure your preferred items.

Unfortunately we don’t provide a styling service. We would recommend contacting Stradbroke Island Events if you require any event planning or styling.
